Inner London Area’s AGM will be on Saturday 3rd February 2018 from 2pm-4pm at Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church on Shaftesbury Avenue in London.

The AGM will consider the formal business of the Area – electing committee members for 2018-19, electing delegates for General Council 2019 in Bangor (April 7th & 8th) and the annual report and accounts.  For the first time, we will have stalls from Ramblers Holidays and HF Holidays at the AGM.

The guest speaker will be Daniel Raven-Ellison, instigator of the Greater London National Park City campaign and now Chief Exploration Officer of the Foundation. You can download the full agenda here (pdf).

Our Guest Speaker - Daniel Raven-Ellison - 2pm

Daniel is an inspiring and entertaining speaker, and an avid walker who has done a number of extraordinary walks around and across London, and the UK’s other cities and National Parks.  This summer he spent a month walking in a 563km spiral through every London borough and joined by over 100 people including councillors, mayors, the Deputy Mayor for the Environment and Ramblers volunteers.  He will bring brilliant visuals , enthusiasm and a positive vision for London’s future.

We hope as many Ramblers’ members of Inner London and our groups as possible will join us for what promises to be an enjoyable afternoon.

Some of our groups are leading morning walks, open to all, and which will end at the venue with time for lunch before the meeting:
