The footbridge connecting the Parkland Walk to Finsbury Park has been closed. This is because it is so narrow that social distancing is impossible while crossing the bridge.
The way round is to take the steps down to the right just before the closed bridge. Walk down the short road at the bottom turning left at the end into Woodstock Road. Turn left again at the T-junction at the end of Woodstock Road with the main road. Walk towards the station passing under the wide railway bridge. Just after the bridge, turn left into the park following the Capital Ring Link route beside the railway line, passing to the left of the tennis courts. This brings you to the signpost on the far side of the footbridge.
