We have a report that both sets of toilets in Beckton District Park are now closed. This looks permanent because they have been boarded up.
The walker who reported this suggested that anyone with limited staying power would be well advised to go out of their way to find the toilets in the Olympic Park because there are otherwise no facilities on this section.
