London Loop - Section 13: So many nettles

We have had a warning from a walker that, at this time of year, wearing shorts when walking this section can be a very bad idea.  She writes: "After walking along Plough Lane you come to some fields with lots of stiles. This is fine until the final section where you are walking between fields of corn, the path is very narrow and completely overgrown with nettles, there’s no way to bypass them so I got badly stung, long trousers and a stick are essentials for this path.  Some of the earlier paths were also being closed in by nettles but this was by far the worst".
