The RSPB has recently announced a number of cuts. These include the closure of its café and shop at its visitor centre in Purfleet.
The centre is still open and there is a toilet that walkers can use.
There is an 'open all hours' General Stores just over the level crossing near Purfleet station with a limited range of snacks and such like. There are no cafés.
