A walker has reported a diversion on the path in Trent Park.When passing Trent Park Lake, the path is fenced off while construction of a toad pond is underway. It’s been closed since July 30 and will last 4-6 weeks, according to the sign on the fence.
Thankfully, the diversion was very simple. Turn immediately left when you hit the fence and follow the uphill path until the first gap in the hedges on the right. Enter the gap and a path then leads you to the other side of the fenced area and back onto the Loop path. There is a diagram on the sign.
