The path alongside Paines Brook is currently closed for resurfacing between Petersfield Avenue and St Neots Road in Harold Wood. (See page 7 of our walk guidance for this section.)
There is an easy alternative, however. Walkers can just follow the parallel road, Paines Brook Way, which is to the left if you're walking south.
