We published a news item updating our news about closures to the Greenway in December 2025. A walker has now confirmed that works have started on the route. He tells us that there is work on the bridge near Long Wall Ecology Garden. He chose to detour at West Ham station. He points out that he might have made a left turn to go north joining the original trail after passing East London Cemetery.
